Do not use these guys. They said my turbo was bad and quoted me $8400 for turbo and labor. I infact found a shop to do turbo for $3700 out the door. These guys said my wastegate on turbo was bad. Well it wasn't, another shop found my air leak. This shop was going to screw me. Please please please....DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!! Highway robbery they are

A little late on my review, but haven’t forgot the great service from Truck Doctor!! We were traveling through OKC in our RV, and we experienced a busted airbag. Thanks Bobby for all of your help, and we appreciate you checking on us after the fact. We made it after all on our long awaited trip. Alisha was also very nice and helpful in dealing with our warranty company. Wish we could remember the technician’s name that is a big OU fan; so kind also. My husband called Truck Doctor, Inc regarding the replacement of a radiator. He spoke with someone in the business that quoted him a price that was much different when the work was completed. The radiator was not purchased from this business. My husband was told that it would be $120.00 an hour. Truck Doctor stated that it should take a couple of hours, but it may take a bit longer if old parts from the old radiator had to be installed on new radiator. Had work done at their shop. They charged way more hours than KW would or what was actually work on truck. KW would of done work for 5 hours and they charged me 13 hours. Being as I was trying to oppose charges , they locked my truck and my driver in locked gate. I had to get police to make them let my driver out of locked gate. some of these charges was due to them having to go to KW , 6 miles down the road, twice. worst truck repair place I have ever used in 33 years. I would not recommend them to anyone. They will rob you without a gun and it is done legally. My opinion is these mechanic and

My experience with truck doctor was not a good one. The owner is rude and calls himself a Christian. You know a Christian by their fruit and he has no fruit.
They did a repair for me and then one of the parts was defective ;I returned it and they lost the part or used it on another truck !! never turned it in for warranty and kept lying to me, they might have took it back and got the money , who knows !!
They do good mechanical work , the guys in the shop are great ,but if you have to return something their a nightmare. If they werent so rude maybe I think differently!! Alicia the receptionist

I am a transport for rescued dogs. Our transport broke down along the highway and we called this company to tow us and repair our vehicle. The bus had been ready for pick up for a week. They did not notify us! We contacted them tho a bit miffed we were happy to pay for their services and made arrangement with the personnel depart for them to leave our bus outside since it would be after hours for us to arrive to get our bus. These guys saved our truck and rescued us from a very bad day. And they did it with complete respect and kindness.
A friend and I were driving from San Diego to Indianapolis and broke down just outside Oklahoma City. After a helpful highway patrol officer and tow truck driver got us to the shop, the guys quickly diagnosed the problem and had a plan to fix it. Being two women in a strange state with broken transportation can be scary and intimidating. But we felt very comfortable in the shop.
Luckily it was a pretty quick fix and they had us back on the road in under two hours. We will never
