Included in the purchase was a license for Water Soft to use the "Myers" name for a period of three years. If ever you see a product or literature in the field with both names present, it was manufactured prior to 1983. Jim & Bill reinvested a large portion of the company's income to research and development.

It is a fully functional test facility that provides the resource for the engineering & development of the newest in water treatment products & technologies. This service department is the best I have ever encountered. My installer quoted me $375 for a replacement motor for my water softener which is practically new. I called the service dept and was walked through different scenarios for the right fix. Long story short, the fix only required a little investigation which a total techno newbie completed without issue. It was a free fix and my water softener is working again. Now this is integrity and quality customer focus. Thank you so much. I’m very grateful.

I needed assistance with a water softener and called for a local dealer. In the process they suggested I talk to one of their technicians. Within 5 minutes he told me what the problem most likely was and told me how to order the part. I received the part today, installed it and now it works again! Thanks so much. You saved me a lot of money.
