Cathleen is a superb attorney who provided excellent counsel. I hired her after leaving my previous "downtown" attorney and what a world of difference. I highly recommend Attorney Cathleen Collins. I had a difficult case where I needed to get a divorce and have my daughter’s name changed at the same time, all while my ex was in prison. She made the whole process painless and took care of all of the small details that I wouldn’t have thought of if she wasn’t representing me. She is extremely professional and well respected in the courtroom. Cathleen always answered all of my questions and took the time to explain things I didn’t understand. Cathleen provided me with strategic and sound advice. In court and with the opposing attorney, she was confident, articulate and aggressive when it was appropriate. She didn't waste time or money, and she put her focus where it mattered. Because of her years of experience working in this field, she was very familiar with the judge, and was able to tailor her argument/strategy to his style, which proved to be incredibly important. Very familiar with Attorney Collins. She has a sterling reputation with the court and her peers. She is very easy to work with and is very reasonable, a quality that is sometimes lacking from other attorneys.
