We used Executive Express for a holiday party we planned for our team, where we made stops at three local breweries who partner with us regularly. It was an exceptional experience. The ride was comfortable and smooth. The driver was safe, professional and kind. After each stop, we returned to a warm vehicle. We wanted our staff to feel a bit spoiled and incredibly appreciated. Executive Express helped us accomplish that.

We paid for shuttle service between the wedding venue and the hotel for my sister's wedding. We had an issue that resulted in guests having to drive to the venue last minute and arrive late to the ceremony. They did reimburse a portion of the money though, and tried to make things right the best they could, but at the end of the day they weren't there to take guests to the wedding like we were counting on them to do.

Amazing Private Car Service. (They call it Black Car Service) Executive Express came right to our door and picked everyone in our travel party up to take us to the airport. Very affordable. Better than taking two vehicles to the Minneapolis Airport and having to use mass shuttle services or paying high parking ramp fees. Plus, we had the driver's cell number in our speed dial, so when we returned to head home, they were waiting for us at the pickup location at the airport. I was able to leave my backpack in the vehicle before returning to baggage claim to pick up my luggage. Door to Door Service

My husband, son and I used Executive Express from Albertville Country Inn and Suites for the first time last week. It just happened to be the day of a major snow storm. There were so many accidents on I-94 that they closed it down shortly after we drove through. Our driver, Colette, was amazing. She drove through snow, slippery roads and accidents and got us to the airport safely. We made our flight also. I would highly recommend Executive Express to anyone needing a shuttle. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the vehicles are clean and well maintained, and they have an amazing facility with long or short term secure parking and a comfortable waiting area for customers. I had accidentally left my headlights on and my battery was dead. HR director Lynnette Nicholson was gracious and grabbed a jump box to get my car started so I didn't have to call a towing company. Highly recommended.

Use this service consistently year round going from Baxter, MN to the MSP Airport when coming home and returning to college (in New York). Never a bad experience! All of the drivers I've had are professional and many are very friendly and love to talk with all the passengers. Prices are very reasonable (in my opinion - I don't travel with a vehicle and am often flying in/out very early or late) - $60 for a one way and $110 for a round trip from Baxter. They don't charge for up to two normal bags either. There are a few stops along the way to pick up more passengers, sometimes at partner businesses

Our experience with this company has been great. Friendly staff when we arrived. Good driver. We got back home an hour earlier and they were able to sneak us on an earlier shuttle. The weather was not good. Our driver did a great job and got us back to the Waite Park office safely. Unfortunately, after our car sat outside in below zero weather for a week it wouldn’t start. I assumed this happened often in the winter in Minnesota. Naturally they would be able to jump us. I was wrong. It is against their policy because of liability. They won’t even supply you jumper cables. At 1:30 in the morning

We returned home yesterday afternoon after having our car parked at the Waite Park site for a month. Our car did not start in the -24 degree weather! We tried calling a towing service first, and it was a 4-5 hour wait! Lynette, an employee at Waite Park, was so helpful! She offered to let us use her car to jump our car, and Mark, a shuttle driver, assisted. We appreciated their help so much!
