I've used this pharmacy in an emergency situation while I was back home for a visit with my parents. They were so responsive to my needs and they were very helpful! The owner even met me at the store after hours!

Why the good reviews? The owner and his staff come across as nice people, but this pharmacy over charges its customers. Elderly people think he and his staff are honest and kind. Truth is, Dales Pharmacy OVERCHARGES customers. Price compare with Kroger or Walgreens. You will see. I had a grandmother that was on a high price drug. For years she went to his pharmacy and paid $150 dollars out of a fixed budget. She thought he and his staff were so nice and were on her side. A few months ago she becomes ill and couldn't order her medicine. I price compared with both Walgreens and Kroger. Kroger had

This is the second time this has happened to us. Dales Southlake pharmacy' s hours of business seem to be more for the owners convince rather than their customers.I'm not a regular patron but I have in the past went there for certain items. But never again. No wonder they don't have much business and are going to close.

I have called many times ahead to make sure my medication is ready .They always says yes...I get there & it's not ready then wait FOREVER ...when someone calls ahead it should be ready when they get there!!!! Gas is not cheap!!! I have also gotten someone else medication & my grandson has gotten expired medication before. This has to STOP!!! When I first started going to Dale's they service was great ,but now it SUCKS!!!
