Back in the 1940s, when Antone Raymus began building Manteca's first neighborhoods, he had no idea of the legacy he was creating. Once you've decided on the floor plan, the next step is to get pre-approved for your new home purchase. Getting started on the pre-approval process is easy! I strongly discourage engaging Toni Raymus as your real estate agent. She was recently representing the buyers of my mother's home and I was appalled by her lack of professionalism. For example, she provided a prospective buyer (that she was representing) with access to enter my mother's home unaccompanied with the use of what we assume was the electronic key issued to her. I believe this is against the law and a threat to her real estate license. The good news is that, after over 30 minutes of attempting to open the lockbox, the buyer (and the inspector that accompanied him) were
