I've been in the construction business for 20 years in this is the worst company I ever done business with. Here's my $3,000 pump leaking between the engine and the pump. Pump has less than 10 hours on it. Riverside wants me to send it back at my expense and is somehow blaming me for the seal leaking. I told them I would fix it ,please send me the part .They will not send me the part. This is the second time this brand-new pump has broken. The first time, the primer cover gasket was torn and would not hold a prime. It was a fight with Riverside in an acceptable time frame. Amazon can have a box

The DP-3B failed shortly after operations began. They had me disassemble the pump and take measurements inside the gear housing. A shaft 2mm too short was installed (apparently from a 2" housing) and destroyed a bearing. I sent pictures, but it took 10 days to get the pump picked up. Then it was 51 more days before a replacement pump arrived. Apparently quality control at assembly and customer service/satisfaction not high on their priority list. Ruined my operation for this year.
