If you been here you know why it's only 1 star..appointments mean nothing all you will do is sit and wait. Flat decks use 3 dock spots to load 1 trailer no room to move in lot due to product all over where trucks need room always diffrent security guard at front that doesn't know anything. Terrible place and as I write this I have been going on 5.5hrs waiting and counting

In early 2020, I purchased a house with a Sundance Spas. I've never owned a spa before in my life. There was no water in it and I wasn't sure it would run. I stopped by the Sundance store in Meredith New Hampshire, and the person there was very helpful. Advised me the chemicals the schedule, how to fill it, and when I needed parts, even during the pandemic they were able to deliver in a reasonable amount of time.

Don’t buy Sundance Hot tubs. I have a tub that is only 3 years old. I paid almost $9,000 for the unit. I was moving the tub and noticed that the lower wood frame had drastic wood rot. The tub was sitting on a brick paved patio and was never sitting in standing water. Being an engineer, I was disappointed to see that the base frame was fabricated from lumber that was not treated like most wood bases exposed to any level of moisture. When I called their customer service, they blamed the moisture associated with Florida. They also informed me that most of the components have a 5 year warranty, but
