Keep in mind that you are buying a "fire place" and the safety of your family, your property, and possibly your neighbors depend on it. There are 2 basic designs of outdoor fireplaces, Chimineas and Fire Pits. A chiminea can be defined as a single mouth opening fireplace that has a chimney to efficiently fuel the fire with fresh air.

You will not find a better value in an outdoor gas fireplace than a Blue Rooster chiminea. These can be used in any climate and any weather and will outlast any other chiminea on the market. Our heavy duty wood burning chimineas are fitted for use with propane or natural gas. All gas chimineas can be converted to wood and back to gas again for dual purpose use.
The Blue Rooster Company year around cover is made of a highly durable 1000 Denier oxford cloth material. Designed to withstand years of use, this material will shed water and still allow airflow. The cloth is flexible even in sub zero temperatures and is washable. A drawstring bottom ensures an extra snug fit to protect your chiminea investment.
Ember and ash from your fire can make a mess. Protect your deck or patio with a non-flammable pad from The Blue Rooster Company. Our fire resistant pads keep your patio area clean and preserve the surface on your deck or patio. Not recommended for fire pits or chimineas with less than a 6 bottom clearance.

Boy, do we love this chiminea. We have the prairie cast aluminum model. It was packed very well; kind of like a box within a box so nothing could get damaged. We've had to many fires and. they've been wonderful. Full sized logs fit well and it's very easy to clean. The neck and smoke remind me of a locomotive. Fabulous product and delivery!

Great service! Quality as described. Bought the Casita. Made a quick mod to lower the bottom burn platform (where the burning wood sits) a few inches so we could view the fire better. Factory design places the burn platform up a little too high for viewing.
Will likely order a chiminea from TBRC for our other deck. CAST IRON!!
