Clean, safe, making sure there weren't too many people in the store (very politely.) Did an excellent and very quick job of repairing my glasses.

Only getting 4 stars because I haven't got my glasses yet, and I was just there today for the first time, otherwise they'd get a 5. They were efficient on the phone, and I got an appointment within a week. I waited only 5 minutes to be seen, and I was early. Staff was super helpful with sorting out insurance and knowledgeable about coverage. Eye doctor was really thorough and friendly. Overall great experience.
