There is a reason the rating is so low. Therapist was 1hr late for our appointment. Then they could not get my insurance information correct. They keep asking for money when I don’t have a copay. Then I canceled my sons appointment and they took the liberty of moving my daughters appointment into his appointment (11am to noon)!!!!! They are not well put together. I should have looked at google reviews before using this place. You have to have a 48hr noice to cancel appointment. First time I have had that.

The front desk is rude and unreliable. I've been going to this practice for 7-8 years and there have been some awful people that have worked there but the one that takes the cake is Kerri. Not only did she raise her voice and use a mean tone with me when I was upset about the front desk breaking a promise that the office manager had made, but then she tried to gaslight me telling me she didn't and when I called her out on it she just told me I was wrong again and that it wasn't what she would doing. Dr. Nathan Currier put me on a medication with high rates of physical dependency for a year, while the FDA recommended this medication for no longer than four weeks. He never provided informed consent. I had even told him in person not to prescribe me any medication that was potentially addictive. He told me I could take it on an as needed basis, while the prescription bottle itself said to take it every night at bedtime. BILLING SCAM! They are billing appointments as being conducted "in office" while actually doing "virtual" appointments. They are trying to collect copays as though you actually get seen in person. I even sent them my insurance info that shows no copay for virtual appointments. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Please protect your rights. Avoid this place.

Was referred here by my general practitioner to get some tests taken. I filled out the paperwork and made an appointment for a month out. The day before the appointment I got a call informing me that the doctor would not be available and the soonest they could get me in was in another month! Fine, times are tough, I get it. When I was finally seen (via Zoom) the whole thing took about 15 minutes and I was told by the doc to expect a few tests to be emailed to me and that the staff would be in touch about scheduling an in person test as well. I show up to my new patient appointment early to fill out my paperwork I’m half way through and they tell me “it looks like there was some miscommunication and Chris is in our Layton location today, we can set you up for a Telehealth with him or you can reschedule”
