Family owned and operated, Alexander Party Rentals has provided the Greater Puget Sound area with quality and affordable event rental equipment since 1991. Recently in our second generation of ownership, we are proud to be one of the fastest growing companies in the industry, sporting some of the youngest equipment and newest products.

We offer a huge range of equipment from engineered tents and staging down to basic table settings and linens. We work with all manner of organizations and individuals to plan events large and small, from the annual corporate party to an intimate backyard wedding. Our staff is ready within a moment's notice to assist with essential services to first responders and medical & government agencies throughout the Pacific Northwest. However, we still have staff available to support essential services such as the medical community, first responders and government agencies; of course we are also here for ALL our clients regarding future 2020 quotes, reservations and updates.
For an event, a tent is a great way to create a distinctive, one-of-a-kind look! Using our tents, you can create elegant wedding venues complete with fabric draping, liner and crystal chandeliers, or exclusive corporate showcases with fully-floored, engineered and branded structures. Our tents also provide ideal solutions for longer-term applications, from construction covers to temporary storage facilities.

Excellent inventory and variety, great value! Even though we made a rather last-minute request for chairs as our graduation party guest list kept growing, Alexander Party Rentals cheerfully accommodated us, and we drove down and loaded up our pick-up truck. The chairs looked great in the yard, giving the graduation party a more upscale look (vs. a bunch of random camping chairs and guests searching for seating). We even got several compliments about the chairs! Highly recommend!

What to do about Covid Christmas? Rent a tent! We had them come out on 12\24 and sat under a tent for socially distant and chilly Christmas! But it worked!!! Loved being with family!
So, we had folding chairs, space heaters, warm mittens and hats, coffee and some icy rugs underneath. What more can anyone ask for when improvising?

A Christmas that cannot and will not be ever forgotten.....she chatters...

Profiting off of Covid -19. I reserved a standard 10x10 tent and a few days after reserving the Governor had a special press briefing instituting strict mandates and requesting all citizens not gather with folks outside their home. I had to cancel. I did not want to cancel the tent but I had to. I'm trying to follow the rules set in place to save lives. This company will not issue relief to people for the deposit. Penalizing people for cooperating with the state mandates. Real professional Alexander. As a business owner and frequent renter I will take my business to American Party Place in

Super easy to see what they have online and place an order. Then you have to wait to get an official quote back. Outside of that lapse in real-time reservations, the experience I had was seamless. Easy pickup, they help you load/unload, and the chairs I rented were in fantastic condition.

Can't say enough good things about working with this company. We rented from them for our son's wedding and had an array of disparate items to rent. Communication was excellent despite our rental being last minute. Pricing was very reasonable. Everything arrived as expected and was top notch condition. Note that when they are busy you should just call rather than waiting for an email.

While the staging rental was affordable & the staff was helpful, Alexander's handled drop-off and pick-up rather poorly for our event.

We held an event on a Saturday evening, and agreed upon a Friday afternoon drop-off, then a Monday morning pick-up from the venue we rented. The venue manager was gracious enough to be available for the time slots on both days.

On the Friday, I received a call from the delivery person at 11 am (I was told it would be between 1-5pm) saying they were at the venue and ready to set-up. Thankfully they agreed to come back during the agreed-upon time slot because

I have used Alexander party rental for my son's birthday parties in the past. They are a huge company with much equipment in stock ready for same day pickup!
Their new location is huge, the staff I spoke with over the phone and in person were friendly and understanding. Will use them again in the future.

Did an amazing job with a tent we rented. They are a bit pricy, which was the downside. However, they came and delivered the tent and set it up themselves. They were available with any questions we had. And then came to pick it up as well. Beautiful service and product delivered.

We rented a dance floor and string lights (large bulbs, not small Christmas-like bulbs) from Alexander Party Rental for our wedding reception. Of the rental companies our venue (Crystal Mountain Resort) recommended, we chose Alexander Party Rental because the customer service was excellent - they listened to our needs and responded well.

When we were trying to decide on a size for our dance floor, they actually recommended that we size down (based on our room size, number of guests, and guest demographic), which made it clear that they were being honest and not just trying to sell us their product

Wow what a friendly and efficient business! We rented supplies from them for different networking nights that were hosted at my work. Everything always came on time with a smile! There were even a couple of times we forgot to order things and they still were able to accommodate us with such short notice. We will definitely continue to use them in the future!

We made a reservation for plates, silverware and glasses for our wedding in August. We were shorted 24 forks, which was over a quarter of the total forks we ordered!! My family realized this while the set up 2 hours prior to the wedding and had to scramble at the last minute and ended up having to purchase PLASTIC forks for my WEDDING, so that my guests didn't have to eat with their hands. We returned everything we rented except for one glass that was broken. I called on August 25th after our honeymoon and was told the silverware was being inventoried and I would hear back on the 28th. My rep at Classic Party Rentals got me in contact with Alexander Party Rentals. The payment was a hassle, as they required wire transferring and kept sending me invoices with different pricing. Their rentals were in tip top shape which was a plus, however they forgot one of my items. The next day, one of their office employees made a special trip out which was appreciated. It wouldn't be the end of the world if I had to use them again based on their efficient prices, but would like to go with another vendor, hoping for easier communication and payment.

The team at Alexander Party Rentals is our go to team for our rental needs.As president of a small nonprofit, we order party supplies maybe 3 times a year. When we first set up our account, they got to know us (and what our organization does) and now everytime we order, they ask how it is going. They always have had what we needed, including a last minute order addition. Everything we rent always comes super clean and with instructions on how to use it. This is the second time I've rented from Alexander for an event and each time it was just fine. I've always had wonderful customer service from everyone I've encountered there.

I prefer to communicate via email in any case, but the emails were always prompt and informative. The rentals were delivered on time and in the condition I expected.

When I forgot to confirm my rentals a month before my wedding, I panicked and emailed them at 2AM and by 10am that morning I had a 'no problem' reply.

Stress-free rentals for me with alexander.

Poor customer service. I recently rented some portable fryers for an event. Upon delivery, one of them didn't work. I called several times to get a replacement rental or to see if someone could fix it. Nada! Plus, they never even bothered to give me a credit for the fryer that didn't work. Don't waste your money... find another company.

I needed to rent a tent. And fast!

Alexander's Party Rentals really hooked it up. I got the tent, a bag of tools and rope to secure it to the ground, and handy dandy instructions.

The tent was actually so simple to use that I didn't need instructions. But I certainly appreciated them!

Upon driving up to their loading dock I was greeted by a really friendly employee who had my order all ready to pack up into my car. We shared some small talk, he asked about the reason I needed a tent and then sent me on my way.

While their customer service is really good and their prices are excellent, but just be aware that you get what you pay for... or I guess I got what i paid for:

A somewhat dirty, dingy 'this thing could really use some love' pop- up tent with all the legs (but one with it's pegs missing).

I was pretty impressed with their website, their pick up, and their convenient downtown location- with parking, I just wasn't blown away by the quality of the pop- up; the other folks around us had the same sort of tents an theirs were finely oiled, clean, and went up in a matter of minutes
