Many positions require a core or full-time employee rather than a temporary professional. Our full time recruitment team provides an intense and thorough propriety screening process to evaluate the right fit for each unique client and position.
Sometimes our clients utilize our temporary workforce to fill in a peak work load demand and find that the temporary employee would make a great employee, so many of our temporary workforce actually convert to full time employees at our clients. Also utilizing our temporary- to - hire solution gives both our clients as well as candidates that we work with the ability test drive before determining if full time employment is right for both parties.
