My technician did a fantastic job cleaning all the vents. He was not upset when I "threw him a curveball" by asking him to look at a problematic bathroom ventilation fan. He not only agreed to give it a go, but he solved the problem beyond my wildest dreams. Every room he attended to smelled clean and healthy when he was done. Love him!!

Worst experience from any company I have ever had in my life time. I Schd appointment with a request for a one hour call prior to the arrival. Tech shows up at door, i explained that he was suppose to have called, he remarks that he is on time before 2pm. When in laundry room he states he will have to charge an up charge of 45$ for moving the washer, the dryer was already pulled from the wall. Explained that I would move the washer no problem, i preceded then he remarks the hoses have to be moved. I explained to him never before have I had a person from this company request all of these things
