We love working with Kim Jensen at Jensen Insurance. They help us with our business and auto policies. They are easy to work with and very helpful.

I love this insurance agency so much that I added my home as well. They offer me a great price. I am someone who has good credit, no tickets, and wants a good price. They have ALWAYS been available when I call and I am never put on hold. Im never transferred to another person who cant help me. They are wonderful and always take care of my questions and concerns.

I was upset and should have waited before I left a bad review, my frustration wasn't with them specifically. I didn't get my voicemail notification from them Friday morning!
Jess always takes great care of my boyfriend and I. I switched over to them for auto a while ago, they save me a TON of money! We just got our home owners insurance through them, and my boyfriend has auto insurance as well! Great company!

I will never go anywhere else for my insurance needs! It doesn't matter if I am working with Kim or Jess, they both take fantastic care of me. I appreciate how responsive Jess will be when I need to ask any questions related to insurance. Jess will treat you better than a friend, and make you feel part of the family. I have referred many people to Jess and will continue to do so.

As a teenager I was on my parents policy that used Kim Jensen as our agent, everything was smooth sailing even when adding/dropping vehicles, houses etc. With that experience, I grew up and needed a policy of my own when I purchased a home. I didn't think twice as to who I would contact to take care of me. KIM JENSEN! Kim and his amazing staff worked efficiently, honestly and never once gave me false information or made me feel taken advantage of.

They are very helpful and kind. They can be hard to get a hold of sometimes, but in those few cases they have always gotten back to me. I have been with them for at least 10 years. Whenever I’ve had a question regarding my policy they’ve always answered my questions respectfully and competently. There was once I was out of town renting a car and was going to use my insurance instead of the car rental’s. I needed a copy of my insurance card and accidentally left it at home. I called and asked if they could email me my insurance info and they did within minutes! I’d recommend them to everyone

The main reason I'm with Jensen insurance agency is because my family has always been with them. For a few years there, however, I almost took my business elsewhere because all the employees, it seemed, were weird/not helpful/rude. Now however, Jim has hired on the most friendly, helpful and competent gal, Corina, and she has made me a happy customer again. I think Kim is lucky to have her (there may be other awesome employees, not sure, but she really stands out) and I really appreciate Corina's help and attention to detail! Kim, give that gal a raise and keep her on board.

Been with Jensen insurance for over 16 years for home & auto, they are simply the best! Always go above & beyond to take care your needs while giving excellent customer service. Staff is always courteous and gets back to you in a timely manner. If you have questions they will go the extra mile for answers. They have always looked out for our best interest in getting us the best policy for our money. Their more than just an insurance company, they treat you like family.

I love working with Kim, he has always made sure to give us the best rate for our vehicles, if it wasn't for him this would be a 1 star review. I have yet had a good experience with the front girls at Jensen Insurance. I've multiple incidents where I've called and never heard back, finally when I do get a hold of them they blame it on me for not sending them an email. How am I suppose to know to send an email, if you never answer your phone and let me know that you handle that sort to situation via email? This would be a 5 star review if they could find some competent front desk staff.
