Julio Bonilla really came through for us. Having our income property with renters in San Pedro, CA and retired and living in Nevada was a real concern for us. Julio assured me he would handle all coordination with the renters, and he did. So professionally, there were only happy tenants. Julio went out of his way to schedule all walk through's and inspections when convenient for the tenants. The whole process took approximately one month from contract, listing, sale to closing, can't ask for anything better. I would recommend Julio and the Bonilla Group for all your real estate needs, especially
