My Waste - Search for any item you are not 100% sure that you can put in your Ace Carting curbside collection. To keep us all safe and to preserve the value of recyclables, please only place approved items in your residential containers.

Simple reasons not to use this company
1. They put your trash and recycling in the same garbage truck there is not separation so they don’t care for the recycling properly
2. They forget to pick your garbage up often
3. Bins are cracked and not In good shape upon delivery
4. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

SEPTIC ATTITUDE !!! Good thing they are in waste unmanagement !!! Transfer stations NEVER ANSWER PHONES AND OFFICE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE !! We are just trying to recycle ♻️our recyclables, called main number to find hours and they are rude & refuse to give answers. Finally someone did tell us it was $77.25 A TON !!! Refused to give smaller amounts, she wouldn’t answer !!

I go to the fort Ann transfer station regularly (I have an account through them) and the ladies in the office (they run transfer also) are sweethearts, it’s nice to leave with a smile on your face especially in this world today and the lack in people wanting to work, I call monthly to pay my bill for my service and I’m always more than happy with the service and how knowledgeable and helpful they are, Caitlyn even went out of her way to let my driver (Scott) know I had back surgery and can’t move my bins , scott got out and moved my bins to and from where they were. I am baffled at some of the reviews.
We have used this company for several years however our driver.. I believe his name is Scott Carpenter ( Formally of Carpenter waste removal) has been our driver for many many years.
He is respectful, kind and performs his job in a professional manner. Every week if I’m outside with the kids.. he always has a friendly wave for them as they are amazed at the Garbage truck weekly.
He is very reliable. I know that on Thursday’s my garbage is going to be picked up between 1130 and 1230 as he is prompt.

I have been a “valued” customer for over 13 years and the service was never very good. Ever couple of months they would miss a pickup but never discounted my bills. They did not take the trash last week because there was a baby stroller handle sticking out. Now they are saying my trash cans are too full and the don’t take the plastic and children’s toys that are in them and won’t refund the past two weeks because of that. They never mentioned any of this on the phone last week when I spoke with them. I have canceled service with them. Not a good or reliable company to work with for trash

I don’t even have service with this company, my neighbor does. I work Monday through Friday and like to be able to sleep on Saturday. Wouldn’t you know, Saturday is the day they come through, usually before 6 am. Today it was 4:47 am on Saturday morning! I live in a residential area, have my air conditioning on, and still get woken by their truck every Saturday morning!

Absolutely horrible service. I've tried for years to be friendly when I'd call the office after they would skip a week or be days late and on 9/1/2021 at 2:00 pm, I called and was pretty frustrated. I wasn't given an apology or told I was going to get a credit for them not picking up our garbage. When I asked the woman whom I was speaking to what her name was, she said she wouldn't tell me because I was going to post a review and she hung up on me. I am absolutely done with Ace and will be canceling my account. Don't waste your time or money with them. They will just cause you frustration and anger

The company does not show up when they are scheduled, sometimes not for weeks. Drivers say they’ve come by and cans are not out when they’ve been in place at the end of the driveway for days. The girl Caitlyn in the office is beyond unprofessional, and dismissive when telling her the drivers are not being truthful about actually picking up or going by.
Paying for services they fail to render properly is very bad business. I’ve been a customer for over 8 years and the last two years were the worst. After being treated so poorly while on the phone with Caitlyn, I am no longer using this business

I just spoke with the ladies in the office and they both have stated they could care less about the reviews about Ace Carting. So here is one more awful review to add to the unbelievable list of horrible ratings. I don't blame them, they must deal with complaints all day long every single day.
Absolutely the worst service experience ever. They miss pickup days and refuse to send someone back to pickup on another day leaving your garbage there for an entire week. Mostly they come after 11am sometimes 3pm and then randomly they come at 4am. You should not be driving a garbage truck in a neighborhood

We changed our trash company away from Ace on July 24th with a final pickup on July 28 because of inconsistent pick-up and continuously increasing pricing. I was told that our cans would be picked up within the next 2 days. It’s now been 3 weeks and the cans are still here, voice mails go unreturned, no response to email and I cannot reach a human at their office. Think hard before using this company!
