We had a small gas leak under our house, the Southwest Gas turn off our gas. It happen on the weekend. No plumbers here would even say they would try to look into a gas leak problem. I call ACE Plumbing and Paul said he was busy finishing some jobs but would come by check on it Tuesday. He explain the processes on working on a gas leak. It would take about a week before I could get the gas back on. When Paul check it, he said he would try to hurry the city to issue a permit to do the work. Because we are seniors and needed heat. This always happens on a Friday. The new water heater springs a leak, spraying water everywhere. A late afternoon call and Paul says he's got a couple hours before he can get to me. He arrives, much sooner than expected. He quickly assesses the problem and fixes it in no time.
Paul is friendly, works Safley and cleans his work area. Very professional and the type of service you'd want at your home.

We had a leak underneath the kitchen sink.
And called them around 10:30 am on a Friday morning. They said they would be able to come around noon. They were right on time. Our faucet was defective. They offered me the option of ordering the parts to repair the faucet or purchasing a new faucet. We decided to replace the faucet. My son ran to Lowe's to pick up a new faucet while the tech dismantled the old faucet. As soon as my son got back the tech installed the new faucet. Everything was done within an hour. First time using Ace Plumbing. Called on Wednesday evening around 5pm. They scheduled me for 9am on Thursday morning. Paul was here just before 9am and we discussed what I needed done. Had clogged kitchen drain, came out early next day. Wala, do not put flushable wipes in toilet.
We also asked Paul about installing garbage disposal in tight space, he said could do, gave us price and was back next day to install.
So very happy with this company.

I contacted Ace Plumbing about a leak and for installation of a water shut off valve. This property is a vacation home. Paul responded quickly and managed the entire project without me being at the property. He completed it as scheduled and offered to send pictures of the job since I am out of town. I highly recommend Ace Plumbing. They have taken care of several problems in my home. New faucet installation, toilet parts replacement, slow drain, replaced pipe w/crack under bathroom sink, replaced PR valve. Honest, reliable, punctual. Our mom lives in Bullhead City and had a bad shower valve along with a leak behind the wall. We called several plumbing companies and received only answering machines and never got a return call. ACE Plumbing answered right away, Ashley was very helpful and super friendly. She was able to setup an appointment for us right away to get a quote. Today is the second time I scheduled for a service and the first time I was not home which was my fault, I get it. Today being the second time they come out, the guy seemed to be having a bad day cuz he went from kind to extremely rude. I asked how much the job would be and he quoted me $150 which is all I wanted was a quoted amount. Then when I told if we can reschedule since my husband is not here to pay him and that's when he said to your going to need to find a new plumber. I think that's his favorite quote because he said it so creepy and sadistic. Point is learn how to deal with

I called then Monday afternoon with a leaking water heater. I was told they would have someone here in 45 minutes, and they were right on time! They even called the manufacturer of our old water heater to see if it was covered under warranty. They were very thorough and reasonably priced.
