Very unsatisfied by this company as they just won't provide service or leave receipt for it if they ever do show up. They actually do not seem to care that customers are not satisfied since the new manager has taken over. Such a shame since they started out so good and then went downhill.

Pelican Pools has been my service company for many years and have provided me with professional and high quality service from day one.
I am on well water and had concerns about, what I thought was water quality and a buildup of stains on the sides and floor of the pool. EXCELLENT! they go above the call of duty and they have excellent rates! My pool pump went out and before we were able to get it fixed our pool turned green and had lots of dirt and debris on the bottom of the pool. I called Pelican Pool Co, and since it was my fault, I offered to go buy chemicals for my pool, but Pelican Pool wanted to fix my pool for me. And they did!! They made extra trips out to my home and even explained things to me about my pool and discovered that my pool gauge was broken. By coordinating with Pelican Pool Co. my pool got cleaned out and blue and clear!!! They have great

We have used Pelican Pool Service for almost a year and the service has been great until the last three to four weeks. Haven't seen them or received their checklist that they leave after servicing your pool for at least a month. We pay them a monthly fee to treat the pool weekly during the summer and every other week during non-summer months.
Algae started showing in our pool last week. Called Pelican and left a message on 4/15/17 to let them know. They called back on Monday 4/17/17 and said they would send someone to check it out. It's Friday night 4/21/17 and Pelican Pool Service
