C & E Sprinkler

Had work done a few weeks ago for sprinkler repairs. I was surprised by the early appt time of 6:30 but Craig was professional and as far as I know did good work. He did not have enough time to finish all that needed to be done so I made another appt for yesterday. I was told by the secretary, Brenda, that he was starting his day at 7:30 and would be to me around 9:00. I asked for a call when he was on his way but said I wouldn't be more than a few minutes from my house. Was told that would happen. I'd been waiting since 7;30am but at 11:30 I hadn't heard from anyone so took my dog

I am not to sure why there are this many bad reviews about this company but I hired Craig to come and fix our sprinkler system and I have nothing but good things to say about it. He went through and replaced several heads and found several that were missing and needing new heads... He was fast, worked quickly, extremely friendly and knowledgable! I am going to continue to use him for sprinkler line blow outs for the fall. We also talked about future endevours about adding another line that was not installed and I am looking forward to his future business!! I highly recommend Craig with C&E sprinkler

This will be my very first one star review, ever.
My wife made it clear that we would need to be home when they came to blow out the sprinklers, and that they were to call ahead to make sure. So, naturally the guy shows up a day earlier than planned, and since we were not home, he was unable to blow out the front yard sprinklers. Of course he left us a bill for the full amount.
Then, on attempt number two, did he call ahead? NO! He says he's too busy to be bothered with such things. He just shows up, when we are not home. He then does nothing because we are not there to open the front

Would not recommend using this business. They are not reliable. We used them last year and had some billing issues that we were able to resolve. I thought I would give them another chance this year. Big mistake. They cancelled an appointment made a month in advance for a blowout of a large (and expensive) irrigation system two days prior to the scheduled appointment and a hard freeze in the forecast. Used them for blow-out in the fall and then to replace a bunch of heads and reposition them in the Spring. He did a fantastic, thorough and very quick job. I am a woman and we got along just fine. I do not think he has an issue with woman as stated by a previous reviewer. He is very knowledgeable and polite.

We called to have them change a solenoid and a sprinkler head. They came out and tested all the zones to make sure they turned on (they did, but it was the first turn on since the fall blowout). They all worked and then they welded some pipe that was leaking, but failed to do so properly because it still leaked. Then the solenoid was changed, then the sprinkler head was changed. I'm not sure which of the three things they did wrong, but now NONE of the zones will work. There is no pressure ANYWHERE. Trying to get ahold of them is impossible too. Called him because my front sprinklers would not shut off and my dogs had chewed through the wires to the timer. Same issue with scheduling.. he called a day early and said that he was on his way over. I told him no, no one was there and I had scheduled for the next day . He said a certain sprinkler valve needed to be replaced as well as others. and proceeded to start work. I had to leave the house after about an hour so I wasn't home at the time, so wasn't sure if the timer was wired up or not, but at least we could now turn the sprinklers on manually , rather than using a hose. I tried scheduling a blow out in mid October and was told it would happen on the 24th. I called on the 26th to ask if they made it by, and apparently it just didn't happen. They rescheduled me for October 31, then cancelled on me at the last minute and said it just wouldn't be able to happen this year... Seems like poor communication in general. Worst part is that now I have to try to find another sprinkler company for a last minute blow out, which is likely going to cost more. I don't like leaving low reviews, but in this day and age, this is really the only outlet for frustration...

Getting an appointment didn't seem to be a problem and I didnt have a problem with the service. Calling to pay my bill is near impossible. Numerous voicemails, emails and still no response. I guess they don't want to get paid. :/

C&E blew out my sprinklers this fall. They were fast and efficient. The two men that were here were very kind and made me feel very comfortable having them work around my home. Their price was fair - much less expensive than the company we used last year. I highly recommend C&E Sprinkler.

2 poor experiences with this company has lead me to leave this review. Last fall they did my sprinkler blow-out and they were paid at the time of service with a credit card. I then began to receive invoice by mail including late fees, we called and got it resolved, but I received 2 more invoices before they fixed their own error. This Spring I called to have my sprinklers started up again and spoke with Judy. She gave me the day for the appointment and told me it would be mid afternoon that they would arrive.
