A large branch came down in the thunderstorm last night. I took to Google this morning to find a tree service. Teresa (forgive the misspelling), took my phone call and answered all my questions in a friendly and professional manner. After about 30 minutes from my initial phone call, Tony (the owner).came out to offer an estimate that was completely reasonable. He and his team was able to complete the job within 2 hours of the initial estimate. Due to the wet conditions the yard was a bit torn up from the heavy equipment but precautions were taken to prevent further damage when leaving. Over all

We highly recommend this business, and we arepleased that the Cranebrook team delivered according to their promise. For some reason, it is difficult to get a service business to even return a phone call in this area. Not so with Cranebrook. The workers were friendly, cooperative and efficient. They were careful to work around our dog's vinyl fence play yard. We felt that their price was very reasonable, and will definitely do business with them again.
