Probably the only shop I’ll take my trailer to, I love them being so professional and accurate when it comes to diagnostics.
My next repair with them is soon as I ran out of time the last time.

Awesome! Everything was handled through my company, Shelba D Johnson Trucking and Idealease. DTR showed up well before their ETA to repair the roof on my trailer at the warehouse where I was being loaded. The gentlemen that made the repair was very professional and had everything he needed to complete the job immediately, he even showed photos of the repair to ensure satisfaction. NO DOWN TIME...No waiting and hoping that someone would show up...I couldn't have had a better experience, Hats off to DTR!

I brought them a project involving wiring and welding, for electrical and structural problems on my trailer. They did a phenomenally superb job, far exceeding my expectations. Quite superior craftsmanship for a most reasonable price. I highly recommend them. It shows in their work that they really care about what they do.

I have been working with Wesley Wood at Dallas Trailer Repair for my company's parts needs for almost a year. He has gone out of his way to educate and assist me in whatever I need. Due to the pandemic, we had to furlough a lot of our shop staff. This left me ordering parts without the knowledge of an experienced mechanic. Wes more than picked up the slack and has not only accommodated multiple returns when I have ordered the incorrect parts, but has also always gone above and beyond to research different options for what I might need.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic shop. They held my trailer for for five days finally looked at it on the last day told me it was fine didn’t fix a thing charged me $100 and said my trailer was fixed. I put break fluid in it because no one had bothered to check if that was the leak. And of course that is what was wrong with it. I’m just not understanding why they didn’t look for any other thing on a trailer that might have fluid that could be leaking other than the wheel seal..Took my trailer down the road to NTR and they had my trailer fixed within 18 hours picked

Left my Trailer for leak test / repair and door alignment, after four days I received call from the shop service advisor that in order to square out my door frame they need to weld additional “L shape “ brackets at the bottom corners to keep the door frame in square????
After this you are not able to push pallets into your trailer????
Complete joke and unprofessional,
Four days wasted time that’s what this was !!!!
Nothing done!!!!!!
