One of the poorest experiences in a 30 year real estate career was THIS MORNING TALKING TO KAVITA BHATIA. Had reached out to inquire about her listing advertised in Loopnet. At the beginning of the conversation introduced myself as a CRE Broker. She instead of giving facts including zoning and current use started "educating me" on how with further investment her listing COULD BE MADE SOMETHING ELSE. When I tried to clarify existing use, she hung up. Kavita Bhatia is rude, unprofessional and posts misleading advertisements. Maybe matter of time before negative experience gets escalated

Amazing experience!!!! I have been with several different real estate agents throughout my years and have never met anyone as talented, professional and hard working like Kavita.
I am glad that I found her and that also by fluke accident. She helped our company in finding a site for our medical practice. She was on top of it all the way to the end making sure we got the best deal possible. She followed up with the landlord to make sure the lease was being executed and worked on as top priority.
We will be opening up additional medical clinics in the near future plus other real estate investments

Biggest mistake I ever made was having her sell my home in 2013. She had another Realtor call me on a Sunday morning at 7:30 AM to badger me into accepting an offer that I refused.
I did not accept an offer she brought to me and she badgered me to accept it, but I refused.
When this did not work she had other realtor call and continue the badgering.

Kavita is an outstanding commercial property leasing agent. She has leased a number of units in my commercial shopping center in Upland CA over the past several years. She is a very professional agent who is energetic and knowledgeable. Kavita helped me find a great investment property few years ago in an area that I hadn't even considered.
