Services
La Red Health Center provides Behavioral Health Services. Our providers work to help ensure patients get help to address their Behavioral Health needs in a primary care setting. Therapy Services for ages 3 and older. This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
The Promotora Program is an outreach model designed to help reach undeserved populations and enhance access to quality health care in rural Sussex County. LRHC's bilingual promotoras are certified medical interpreters who provide services for patients that have made appointments at both LRHC and other medical offices where bilingual resources are not available.
La Red Health Center participates in the Screening for Life program that provides payment for cancer screening tests to qualified Delaware adults. The program is a cooperative effort of the Delaware Division of Public Health and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Cancers can be treated more effectively if they are found early, and Screening for Life can help you get the tests you need at the recommended times.
At La Red Health Center, our Case Manager works to meet the immediate needs identified by the homeless individual while establishing a trusting relationship and gradually engaging the homeless individual into the comprehensive health care services that LRHC provides. Conducts intake interviews to assess the needs of the client.
For information regarding sliding fee discounts for dental and gyn specialty services, please call us at (302) 855-1233. To qualify for the sliding fee scale, your total gross annual household income cannot be more than 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Eligibility is based on both total family size and total gross annual household income.

One of the most unorganized places to go for medical assistance. You can almost never get seen when you need it. The telephone wait time is RIDICULOUS. If you actually get through to someone to schedule an appointment, they will likely cancel the appointment. They have a new doctor every couple months so don’t get used to seeing any particular doctor. Also, they always assume that I don’t speak English and start speaking to me in Spanish. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Have an emergency dental situation but they can't take me because I haven't been seen since 2015 and can't take new patients you need to change your website that you don't take walk INS wasted my time driving here today

La red has been very unresponsible Not calling patients back and being very unprofessional with patient on the phone I have been coming to La Red since it was next to Wilmington trust bank in Georgetown so tell me how many years that has been very long I had so many issues with them but I haven’t leave them for many reasons Smh

Been to the Georgetown office twice. To only have my appointment that I made months in advance canceled the day before my appointment because I'm a new patient. When asked how am I considered a new patient when I've been there 2 times prior to my appointment and my appointment was a rescheduled appointment they didn't answer my question they just stated my appointment needed to be canceled. Do yourself a favor a find a different office because this one will give you the run around.

I started La Red when I came home from rehab, it was recommended by a family member and I have had nothing but issues since the day i started. I am always on hold or have to call multiple times a day to finally get through to some one. My provider was Dr gonzalez in the time i have been seeing him I have never had a situation completely handled. I suffer with fibromyalgia and 5 crushed disc in my neck and I asked for physical therapy or a referral to a chiropractor instead he pushed high doses of medication to control my pain and then when the prescriptions would run out he would take up to 2 weeks

On hold for an hour just to schedule an appointment. This has been for 3 years now. They have yet to fix this problem. I usually just go to walk in when I'm sick. Get it together. This place is a joke.
Dr zoomed me and said to get covid tested. Hung up and realized he didn't say where so I called back and waited on hold for 55 minutes!!! Receptionist gets on the phone looks up the notes and says someone should get back to me. Seriously at this point I want them to shut down. Someone needs to shut this place down. PURE IDIOTS WHO WORK THERE AND "GIVE SERVICE"

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. They don’t even deserve 1. The customer service in this place is HORRIBLE and no one gets held accountable. If you can afford a better dentist please go there. Anytime I call to schedule or change an appointment I end waiting 20-30 minutes if not more on hold, as “caller # 1” while I witnessed their staff just moping around and gossiping. It absolutely should not take that long to answer a phone call. These people need to be held accountable!

Please realize that LaRed Dental is a Federally-supported not-for-profit clinic and has been in a process-improvement mode for several few years.
Dr. Colombaro has 30 years of private practice experience and has joined LaRed to give-back to the community. She has spearheaded the process-improvement effort and has been instrumental in significantly upgrading the dental facilities and procedures.
Dr. Colombaro is the most proficient dentist I have come across in all of my years living in New York and New Jersey.
LaRed associates are salaried. Hence, they provide the care each patient requires

I've been to La Red Health Center in Georgetown, DE THREE SEPARATE TIMES WHILE IN EXCRUCIATING PAIN AND RECEIVED NO OTHER SERVICES BUT X-RAYS! Excited to establish myself with a new dental facility for an emergency visit as well as a new dentist that I could rely on for long-term care, I chose to go to La Red in Georgetown based on search criteria from my Sun Life Dental upgrade through Blue Cross Blue Shield provided to me by my employer: First State Health & Wellness. Although Dr Columbaro seemed capable as a dentist, she was supposed to do my extractions on the first, second AND third visit
