Two week ago, I ordered parts for my woodstove. UPS said they were delivered ten days ago,.
They were, but not to my house, but to Debra and Mark DeFrancesco’s house at 118 Jobs Pond Rd., Portland, Ct.
After a lengthy investigation by UPS, it was found the Mark and Debra DeFrancesco had my package, but did not contact me nor UPS! They decided to keep it and its contents!!!
UPS contacted me and let me know that my package had been delivered to the DeFrancesco’s 10 days earlier and suggested I contact the police, which I did.
Well, 20 minutes later, my package was hand delivered by the Portland
