They are really rude and they didn’t even let me pick out the color or don’t because it would be “a bad color” she was extremely rude

I went to drop off a blanket today. I wasn’t even greeted when I walked up to the counter. The lady finished what she was doing and just stood there looking at me until I asked if she was ready to talk to me. She did not walk me through anything. I have not monogrammed anything in the past so I had no idea what I needed to do. I had to tell her that before she would even tell me anything! If I didn’t need this done ASAP and then being right there I would not have used them and I can assure you I Will NOT be back! Worst customer service I have ever had. Rude! Not one smile and I was treated
