Thank you for choosing Southern Starz! As Cape Coral's largest gymnastic facility we offer a wide variety of programs for all ages. Fitness and fun for our pre-school age gymnasts, recreational gymnastics for boys and girls ages 3-15, competitive gymnastics levels 2-10, as well as tumbling classes, day camps, and birthday party packages. We are pleased you have chosen our program and look forward to sharing with you all the fun of gymnastics.
Services
Gymnastics camp is for boys and girls ages 5-14. There will be gymnastic rotations followed by daily fun activities. For our adventure campers we offer rock climbing, rope courses, field day games, trampoline, and open gym. Our camp is designed to give your child a rewarding experience by developing a positive self image through the sport of gymnastics.
Please call the office for specific days and times as classes close once eight students enroll. These classes teach basic gymnastic skills to enhance coordination. Gymnasts will use size appropriate balance beams, bars, and trampolines to achieve this goal.
We offer two different age groups in our pre-school program, Mom and Me classes are designed for children 1-3 years so that the parent can be with them and offer guidance during the instruction.The final step is our 3-4 old year age group, this group will focus on gymnastic skills as well as body position and coordination.

We absolutely love this place! My daughter takes gymnastics classes here 2x a week with Coach Antonella and we have seen her more confident than ever & really learning how to use her muscles & stretch properly! Antonella is very professional & great with the kids ! She shows them proper form ( which is so important) and has a sweet demeanor which my very shy daughter was drawn to. We even had my daughter’s 9th bday party here ( we requested Coach Antonella to run it) in June & everyone had a blast! JSelse +i am sorry but i have something to say about that this gymnastixcs is a hard core gymnastix and i understand why as a parent you would be upset .But i must say this : This gymnastix does not full around if you want a true gymnast experince then go to southern stars if you want a little baby one with no true blue gymnast or faciltiy then go to tropical twisters but i still recomend southern stars and if you dont belive me then here are all of the coaches at least all of the coches i know Ms Alssa Ms Bree Mr. Carry Mr.shawn O and we cant forget MS.JEN yep thats right i said it MS.JEN O and

Our 5 & 6 year old children love their weekly gymnastics classes. The coaches are patient and fun teaching them the foundation of gymnastics .The gym is safe and all equipment maintained. We have hosted Birthday parties there, and attending open gym. I recommend Southern Starz, as our experiences have been fantastic!
