Super Fresh started in the 1940's as a produce market selling fruits and vegetables in season. For three generations we've been involved in the produce and plant business bringing fresh fruits and vegetables to our customers. We believe we have a responsibility to be good stewards. We recycle cardboard, paper, plastic, metal and aluminum.
We also compost all of our food waste with local farmers. Our rain gardens capture 5000 gallons of rain with each rain event helping to keep our rivers clean. In 2014 we banned the use of single use plastic bags, to date we have eliminated the use of 156,000 plastic bags. We support many fundraisers throuout the Community and are active members of the Izaak Walton League and Audobon.
