Don't know what the other reviews are about but I have been going here for several years and have never had a problem. I have a cleaning business and use high pressure hoses they have repaired mine on several occasions. The latest issue I had was that I purchased a new hose from my supplier in Costa Mesa who gets his hoses from another supplier in Costa Mesa both end fittings blew out so rather than making the long drive I to the hose to hose guys and they determined that my hose had not been assembled right. Hose guys put the new fittings on and I haven't had a problem, contrary to other

Just a warning - look elsewhere if you are a retail customer who need hoses. Customer service is far below par. We received nothing but double talk and excuses after waiting more than 2 weeks for a simple order. First, we were told our order was "lost" along with our contact information. Then we were told they could have our simple order done in an hour. We showed up 1 1/2 hours later and were told it would take 15 minutes. Finger pointing by manager and workers and over 30 minutes later we decided enough was enough and we asked for our original hose back and told them we would be

Worst hyd shop Ive ever been at.
the employees attitude was very hostile, it felt like they were doing me a favor, instead of me making a purchase.
The older guy, smelled hang over., I was pretty much kicked out of their parking lot while I was looking up an address, just because they needed the slot for a pallet.
Probably wont come back again.
