I needed my father transported to his doctor appointment in his wheelchair. After speaking to the owner Ricardo, he was very efficient at keeping me informed via text. He even text’d me when the driver was in route. The van was clean, the driver Betsy was polite and friendly and we promptly left at the designated time to get my father to his appointment on time. When we were dropped off, the driver even helped getting my dad back inside the house.

I have used Prestige Medical Transport twice in the last weeks due to my husband’s need for gurney transfer to Dr. & hospital appointments. My experience with this company has been nothing but good, their drivers are caring and very professional. The owner is amazing! He went above and beyond to help me call other providers when he couldn’t accommodate last minute changes for a hospital transfer. I will continue to use them as long as my husband needs this type of service.
