I have never been treated so rudely in my life. After my limo didn’t show up (after confirming via email and over the phone prior to the date), I called to check the status. I was yelled at on the phone and told no limo was coming. It was upsetting that my limo never arrived, but the worst part was how abrasive and unapologetic the owner was.

Cancelled last minute with no notice. Beware, reservations apparently mean nothing to this company.
*owner response* notes a medical emergency that was only shared after feedback was left via this review. Our group was told over the phone that another party had broken glass in the vehicle the previous night and so the vehicle was not available. This did not occur until after they had been scheduled to arrive when we called to check on the status. The representative was unaplogetic, did not apologize for the mistake, and called our group representative an "agitated woman" when we would not accept

FALSE ADVERTISING! BEWARE! We rented a limo for our daughter's Sweet 16. We expected from the photos a nice vehicle would show up. Instead we got an old, worn out, run down limo. The roof of the vehicle was completely worn, the seats were cracked and very worn, carpet was gross and stained, also had a weird musty smell. We were extremely disappointed and quite frankly embarrassed for our daughter. I'm assuming it was the owner I spoke with, he completely played dumb, acted as if it was a very nice vehicle and had no idea what I was talking about. The only thing he offered was to end the ride immediately

We rented a party bus for our wedding and I could not have had a better experience! We needed to make a few stops for before arriving to the reception and he was more than willing to help us out! When they dropped us off at the reception hall they gave us a gift which they didn’t have to do but it was very generous! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I booked a limo for my daughter's birthday party for her and her friends. The screams of delight when the limo showed up on time was priceless. The driver was very professional and polite. The limo was able to fit all seven of us with ease. We got to the party on time and felt safe the whole way. My daughter is now begging me to have a limo for all her birthday parties from now on. I will book with them again.

We rented a limo for NYE...our experience was incredible! Our driver Eric was nothing short of amazing. He accommodated us, was courteous and took some pics for us in the sub-zero temps. Thanks for giving our group of friends an awesome experience!!! We will definitely use Titan Limo KC again and will ask for Eric as our driver!!

Mr. Andrews, provided limousine service for my husband and I. He provided us with wonderful service, He was very professional, as well as courteous.
My husband and I couldn't figure out how to work our brand new cell phones, Mr. Andrews took the time to show us how to work the phones, as well as took a few pictures for us. I must say He went above and beyond, all our needs were met!
I would highly recommend use of this service. The limousine itself was very comfortable, clean and fully stocked. The music selection was wonderful, the wine was great, and it was an overall awesome ride.
