Parking operations are a necessity but their true value is rarely realized. ECI has developed a unique parking operations and asset management consulting service to assist public/private companies, airports, medical centers, universities and municipalities to maximize the bottom-line results of owned or leased parking facilities.
Consisting of approximately 6000 on-airport parking spaces, the partnership owned fee simple title to two garages containing approximately 2,250 spaces as well as the concession to operate approximately 3,750 short and long term parking spaces. Additionally, the partnership owned in excess of 60,000 square feet of land adjacent to the airport.

Investments will also be considered for capital-constrained operating companies, investment vehicles that control high-quality real estate, undervalued real estate companies (public and private) as well as private real estate development companies. ECI has the resources available to structure a capital investment to provide the necessary liquidity for existing sponsors and lenders to stabilize their property.
ECI formed G. Anton Companies (GAC) to consolidate the management and financial oversight for all of ECI's investments in the arts and entertainment. GAC provides financial resources and business strategies for the development of novels, movies, television, and digital media content. GAC is a wholly owned subsidiary of ECI.
