Great experience each time. I feel heard and have never had a hitch in my care. I see NP Regina Mozingo, and I have felt so well taken care of and understood.

Avoid this place like the plague! Not only will they cancel your appointments the same day of the appointment, they'll won't let you reschedule the appointment THEY cancelled for multiple months because they seemingly don't care about their patients. They'll also withhold your medications that are actively helping you because you haven't been in recently to see them even though IT'S THEIR FAULT; even if you call a million times they still don't care how much it affects you. Absolutely appalling behavior, NEVER have I been so disappointed that a medical practice that exists to help people improve

Never have I ever had such a horrible experience trying to get help with my mental health. As soon as life starts getting good, and you're not hating it anymore, these people will gladly throw you back on the ground just to watch you suffer as you flail and do everything you can to get their help. If you want real help with people that actually care about your well-being, then you'll definitely want to look elsewhere. However, if you're satisfied with not being able to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe, no communication between employees, and a general sense of "I could not care

I’ve been working with them for several years and they’ve really helped me figure everything out. I do think that reception can be a tad rude most of the time.

I have never even had an appointment with this place because of how RUDE the staff was. The woman who called to set up an appointment never let me get a word out before finally saying someone ELSE would be calling me. Then a week later I finally get a call, after being referred two weeks ago, and this other woman explains that I need to pay 100$ to get an appointment as well as another 25$ when I get there and that what I'm looking for was "vague" and "maybe they can help" but they'll have to see me first, meaning I'd need to pay, and was just completely disinterested in me.

This office does not care about making sure their patients are healthy and can receive the medication so they don’t go into psychosis. I called Wednesday because two of my prescriptions would not be refilled till I schedule an appointment. So I called to schedule an appointment gave them all my info told them that it was very important that I get an appointment ASAP because these two prescriptions are an antipsychotic that keep me from hallucinating and the other one causes severe withdrawal symptoms after one day. She said that she would call back when the insurance went through and I never

Irresponsible, Unprofessional and Misguided Dr. and Practice, Jennings is Dangerously prescribing Xanax to young adults. My young adult son had a horrible experience with Dr. Jennings at this practice who he sought help from for Depression and Anxiety as a college age student. He was prescribed an anti depressant and up to 4 Xanax a day which he was not equipped to take mentally, emotionally or physically due to the zombie effect and especially in a college atmosphere.
I left several messages and emails regarding what I saw the drugs doing to my son many times and there was a general call back

If you call this/these place/people professionals Something is wrong!!! I was placed on a medication and they would increase/decrease my medication. My husband’s insurance asked when they increased a dosage it had to have a preauthorization , I told him that and as he was writing the prescription he said this was preauthorization enough. I waited and waited NOTHING.... needless to say I went through withdrawals. I had never experienced anything like this in my entire life. I would not recommend this place for anything I wish however I could see that idiot somewhere !!!

I called 5 days in advance to cancel an appointment. I was unable to speak to a staff member after multiple attempts and had to leave a message. Well I never received a follow up call from the office and have no received a bill for a "no show". I called the office and let them know the time and date I called to cancel my appointment and the staff was rude and dismissive. I have yet to hear back from anyone at that office. I would not recommend this office to anyone and will be sharing my experience! We have family who have been going to this office for years but wont anymore!

I've been seeing Dr. Carey Cottle since 2017. My anxiety was out of control. I was literally physically ill daily. Dr. Cottle was kind, patient, and helped me get to the right dose of SSRI for me. In addition he is very easy to talk to and asks about my life even though he is not a therapist and doesn't have to spend that time with me. The front desk staff are always kind and smiling, Beth in billing/insurance is very knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaint is the one time I saw Gary Shugart, PA, he was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. A person suffering from severe anxiety needs
