To protect the community and our staff, our office is scheduling patient appointments to minimize the wait time in the lobby and exposure to other patients. For anyone refusing to wear a mask in our lobby, you may wait in your vehicle and we will get you when the provider is ready. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for the safety of our other patients and our staff if you are not willing to abide by our policies.

Have you had a cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, or lost your sense of smell or taste in the last 7 days?. All patients are required to wear a face covering while in the building unless exempted by a licensed medical professional due to medical, disability or developmental reasons. In addition, we are seating patients further from each other in the waiting room to minimize exposure.
