I am disappointed in the customer service of this store. I shopped there for the first time and dropped a good amount for two items. Should they decide, as a first time customer you get 15% off your purchase. They decided not to offer this to me, but the woman who checked out after me was! Also, I am very offended that an associate was told - ‘Watch her, I don’t know her’ - and you never will, because I will shop where I am welcomed.

I wore my new dress from House of Betty Jane to church on Sunday. As soon as I pulled off my coat I was complimented and asked where I bought it! I love having things that are unique and this store is full of them! Thanks for all your hard work in choosing beautiful things to have in your store. It makes shopping for "that something special" an easy task.
