Muse Tattoo & Body Piercing

I have gotten two piercings from Muse in the last 6 months. I’m so glad I found them. I wanted something really specific and sensitive when I came across this shop. The second piercing a face dermal so also pretty a pretty intense procedure.
Their piercer, Brandon “Chillbo”, is professional, sweet and one of the best I met in the industry! What a gem! He is so thorough and explains everything with a smile and knowledgeable demeanor.

It’s unfortunate I have to give it a three stars. It’s a very chill place and the piercer is a nice dude. I scheduled an appointment probably 1 and a half weeks in advance. It took a very long time for them to confirm the appointment, probably like the day before the appointment. I thought they were never going to accept it.
I emailed them a question and never got a response so I had to call them. They don’t pick up the phones a lot. I don’t know if they have someone who works front or if the artists and piercer rotate between phone, but you won’t get much of them picking up the phone

I got my nose re-pierced here and Brandon was amazing! He is so friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions and concerns. At first I was hesitant to go here because I sent them a FB message and it was read but not replied to, so I ended up calling. But after speaking to Brandon I decided to give it a shot and the experience was great all thanks to Brandon.

I got my nose piercing done here and Brandon was professional and made the experience much easier than expected. I went back for an adjustment and ring replacement but he didn't have the nose rings at the time. So I was told to just pop in because it will take less than 5 mins for the adjustment and replace thr ring. I even tried to be proactive and still book an appt but there isn't anything available til 3 weeks out. I called a few times and never get an answer. I drove 1.5 hours and walked in with nobody sitting in the lobby and one person checking in...to be told he can't do it until July 13th

I got all my tattoos and some of my piercings from Muse! Everyone is extremely professional and kind. My appointment times were spot on, no additional waiting and no waiting for an artist to be finished to work with me. A clean shop with a welcoming atmosphere made me feel comfortable enough to come back time and time again. I’ve been going to Muse for a little over 2 years now and have never left disappointed or unsatisfied with their body tattoos or piercings. The only shop I’ll get a tattoo or piercing from. 10/10 recommend.

I got my Helix pierced here with my 2 friends on April 21st. Branden was super friendly and professional! He explained very well the after care process to us so our piercings could heal smoothly. He also worked with a very clean and sterile environment. The shop is clean and there’s never anyone waiting to be served. Everything is by appointment. I appreciated that! I came back about 3 weeks later to get another piercing and it was great. Although I was alone that time and was nervous, I was at ease because he didn’t rush or pressure me. A few years ago I got my belly button pierced at a DIFFERENT SHOP and they did it incorrectly so it ended up getting very very thin and ripped out. I went to Brandon to get it done the second time. I showed him all the pictures of how thin my original one got over time. he was so nice, I just scheduled another appointment with him to get my nose pierced. I waited about a year to make this review to see how my belly button turned out and its great! He even made sure that this time it was straight! I wouldn't have anyone else do my piercings! I went to get my septum piercing today. I really enjoyed my visit. The shop was very clean. I got my piercing done by Brianna. She was really cool and explained everything. It hurt for a split second but nothing too bad. It was just an overall great experience. I really look forward to going back. I highly recommended this shop for piercings.

Had my earlobes pierced again for the first time in YEARS. Branden did a wonderful job. He was very professional (not in the cold, clinical way, but very upbeat and happy to explain things and review instructions). The piercing was quick and painless. I've followed their instructions religiously for aftercare, and it's looking great! Gonna head back to get more done in a few weeks.
