I've been working with Paragon for a few months now. They've been prompt, professional, and thorough about resolving all requests that I've made. I've primarily been working with Ryan, who has been funneling my requests. He's been great - on top of all my orders with great communication.
I have made one request to another title company in Suffolk who got back to me days later with a very large quote that I turned down. Can't say enough good things about my experience with Paragon. Highly recommend.

Scam. Over charged for all the services. They mentioned that they are charging more for added coverage under owners title insurance. On the closing table they handed typical insurance. Since I noticed and asked, they reduced the price at closing but added other costs saying that we missed adding and brought up to same amount. I felt cheated but exhausted from closing process. Not a professional org, I did not feel that I am getting appreciated for business I am giving them. not worth your money. look else where
