VERY disappointed with Freda experience!! First we arrived 20 mins prior to check-in and were told we had to wait until the exact check-in time even though the rental was empty. Not sure what the reason for that was. Second, the unit was dirty. Finally when we went to ask for our security deposit back, we were told that what was clearly listed on our lease as “Security Deposit” is actually a non-refundable fee that you pay to cover rental insurance. Seems rather devious to me to label something as a deposit when you don’t get it back. This should have been explained at the time the lease

Most of my life I have gone to a different South Jersey shore. In recent years I have rented through Freda in Sea Isle with my children and grandchildren. We find the Sea Isle beaches and family experiences better each year. Freda and our rental agent Nick Screnchi have been accommodating and responsive to any rental property situations that have come up during our stays. We look forward to returning in 2017.

We had an unfortunate experience where my elderly parents rented a beach block home and paid 3500.00 a week and walked into a dirty nightmare. Old stained furniture and rugs, dirty moldy bathrooms, dust bunnies on the walls , Unvacuumed carpets , filthy hardwood floors, broken trundle bed with dirty
underwear and socks found hidden underneath. My infant grandson was filthy after crawling on the floor for 3 minutes.
It is clear that neither the owner or the real estate agents take any ownership or pride in the product they are selling. The place has not been properly cleaned in years , we have

Prior to our arrival in Sea Isle City for a beach week with friends, my experience with Freda had been excellent. The booking had been easy to make, the price very reasonable, and the agent had gone out of his way to visit the property and provide us with detailed notes about the layout, which had not been obvious from the pictures.
Upon our arrival, however, we found the home to be under construction. The deck was wrapped in plywood, a ladder was propped up against it, and a contractor was working in the driveway, noisily sawing through aluminum. The owner greeted us, eventually apologizing for
