Update: 7/2021 - 3rd time using this company and it’s wonderful as always. The owners are so nice and accommodating. They are truly the best junk removal around. It’s exactly as advertised, Painless! Although I’m moving out of state I still have tons of family & friends here and I will always recommend Payne-less Hauling to anyone looking for quick and easy junk removal services. Thank you for always coming thru and helping us out when we need it!

Annoyed with this company because we were supposed to have it 3 days. Never received a message with a pick-up time, they just showed up. When scheduling, they were very nice and professional. You just receive a text message with the receipt, no other information.
We did a 3 day, 15ft rental and it was dropped off on a tuesday at 2:30. On friday at 1100, they showed up to remove the dumpster with no notice. When I asked if we could have it for the 3 1/2 more hours, she just said “well it is Friday,” and I responded with, “well it was originally dropped off at 2:30.”

If I could give less than a 1 rating, I would. I rented from this company twice. The first time, no problems, good service. The second time I was charged over $700 for scratching the dumpster! I understand wanting to keep the equipment nice, so I told them to send pictures of the repaired damages. It's been over 2 months and nothing. I must assume that the charges were bogus. Be careful when dealing with these people.

These people are solid! They are on the spot and honest folks! I will use them again and again! I just wanna say these people will go above and beyond. The neighborhood kids got down in the dumpsters after we left the site and broke glass in the driveway and in the yard basically garbage everywhere. Payne-less cleaned it all up free of charge! Not much service with a smile left in this world but these guys deliver that for sure. Thanks guys!!!

We have used Payneless three times after moving from out of state. Each time they were on time, brought a nice clean dumpster and the prices were always reasonable. We kept the dumpster three days at a time and it was so convenient and easy to plan what we wanted to keep and what to toss. Our garage looks great! Even with short notice, they were able to bring one by on time. If you need trash removal and want to support small business - use them!

Payne-less Hauling did a fantastic job cleaning up the debris in our backyard! They came a couple weeks ago and honestly they are the VERY BEST service at a great price! We shopped around and I couldn't be happier with Daniels work. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will definitely use him again in future!
