Kurt at R&R Limousines have been working with me for about 18 months pretty much on a weekly basis. I highly depend on R&R, and they always come through for me. Their drivers are always on time, professional and helpful. Lately Tony and Mark have been my main drivers, and they're great, but I am also always happy to see Tom and even Kurt himself!

R&R did a bait and switch on our transport to and from the airport. Paid for and expected a limo to pick us up from O'hare but instead it was a bus. I paid for the limo experience for my family instead got a very uncomfortable party van ride home after a long day of travel. They took advantage of us as we had no other way home.
