First off, let me start this out by saying this place has been amazing to me. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. If you are doing what you are supposed to and you are honest with your providers then there won't be an issue.
I have been coming here since March of this year. I had a lower back fusion in September of 2020. I was still having pain and issues with my mobility. From the moment of my first appointment, the providers were caring and understanding and truly wanted to help me. I get my medicine every month and I also get the SI injections every couple of months to

I have brought my wife here twice now for a chronic, incurable, and debilitating condition. Both times we have had extremely early appointments, but usually wait 30-45 minutes AFTER the appointment time before she is seen.
This place is either overbooking or is not competent enough to see patients in a timely fashion. We live an hour and a half away from the clinic, so an 8 am appointment is a fair stretch for us to get to. However, we do it and get seen way later than we should. Not happy.

I moved here to Tennessee from Ohio 2 years ago. And have been going to Associated Pain Management for 1 and a half years. I was scared to start with someone new after seeing only 1 doctor for the pass 6 years. Dr Lindsay Dixon is who I see. She is so respectful and she genuinely cares about her patients and will do anything in her power to get you feeling better. She doesn't want to just prescribe pain meds.
She wants you have some quality of life.. And she is doing that with me.. I suffer from neupathy my in hands and feets and also have serve back problems from chemo treatments. Dr Dixon explains

An absolute joke. I have severe spinal issues that cause me great pain daily and I was prescribed Tylenol! The “nurse” Lindsay asks the exact same questions every time I go in as if I’d never been there. “Do you have a back brace”? “Where is your pain”? Come on, that should be in my record. I asked why she sent me to have an x-ray because you can’t see the soft tissues and she got angry because I questioned the issue of having a proper MRI so the discs can be seen. I poured out my heart about what it’s like living in pain and she didn’t even listen. She doesn’t care and it

Seek care elsewhere.
Extremely unprofessional providers here. After being a patient with the practice for 2 and a half years, I asked a question about my medication and Sam, the nurse practitioner decided to end treatment for asking a question. She must have been having a bad at home or something and decided to take it out on me.
I do not recommend this witch of woman to anyone and advise any potential to seek care elsewhere and hope that current patients have a back up plan in case they have a question about their treatment plan. Best wishes to the medical assistants for having to put up with

Sometimes it's a little slow to get through my appointment. I usually have to allocate over an hour when I go to APS... which is not good. I know they get backed up, however, my time is valuable too! I appreciate Dr. Courtney... but I'll be honest with you - I do feel a little rushed sometimes. The girls at the front are WONDERFUL!!! They take all of the time with me I need and they are the BEST!!! KUDOS to them! They make the trip worthwhile!
