The installation of our pergola on our back deck took longer than I expected but the final result was amazing and worth waiting for. It turned out better than I ever imagined with the knowledge and skills of our contractor, Jeremy. Not only was he skilled but he was also courteous and kind in answering all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend him and the company.

I would highly recommend Archadeck for a number of reasons. First, we worked with Keith initially, who really helped us envision what the deck would look like and offered up helpful suggestions. He was understanding of our budget, and a true professional - really did a great job of walking us through what to expect and was always available to answer questions. The work was done really well by Jeremy and all my neighbors were impressed with his efficiency and attention to detail. Our deck gets a lot of compliments! Lastly, I need to give a shout out to Lisa because even after our project was complete

I was really looking for the best when I got my large deck replaced. I got 7 estimates and interviews before I confidently made the decision to go with Archadeck My confidence was confirmed throughout the process (design, teardown, and rebuild). The designer made several recommendations that I hadn't thought of which I liked very much. They worked very hard at getting all local permits. The construction crew, headed up by Seth, were very friendly and talented. I have never seen a deck this sturdy and the design looks fabulous. If we have a tornado come through I think the deck will survive it.

I am so disappointed in this company. They did not show up when they said, they would send people do work on my patio after hours. When we were getting the stain done the worker was doing it in the dark. We got stained concrete and there were drips, uneven areas, grass stuck to the sealer. So now I have permanent grass on my patio. I always felt like they were just working me in between other big jobs. They made such a mess with the powder for the stain that it ruined my screens. They did not cover up my air conditioner so the powder got all inside there as well. (Having that serviced this

WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!! Archadeck came out to put in a new stamp & stain concrete patio for me. As you can see from the pics it is a total disaster. The color is not even close to consistent, there are streaks throughout it, there are light and dark strips going across the stamped boards and there are impressions that look as though someone pressed the form in with their knee - these are all over the deck. They assured me when we signed up for this that it would look like a wood deck or a very close facsimile of one. I'll let you decide from the attached pics if this is anything like

We are 110% happy with our new deck and pergola from Archadeck. From start (design/sell) to finish (actual build/finishing touches), the employees were professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and prompt. I was happy with the entire process, from design consultation to finished product. Employees were professional, polite and courteous and I love my new deck!
