Serving Kerrville since 1985, Back 40 Supply, Inc., now owned by Steve Bauer, was established in the Texas Hill Country by Charlie and Cheryl Bierschwale. In the beginning, Charlie brought his ranching background and 20 years of experience teaching Vocational Agriculture to create a complete agricultural supply store.

I went there after I lost the bearings on my trailer. I went in only expecting to buy a new HUB but they went above and beyond for me. A gentleman took my trailer and used a grinder to smooth out the damage buffed the spindle smooth and replaced the hub and bearings for less than what NAPA sells the HUB for. Customer service at its best. I will go back for parts, Feed or a new trailer.

If you have them install anything, check it over real close. They installed bumpers for me and broke stuff and tried to zip tie it up and hide it on my brand new truck with 500 miles on it. If I wanted some shade tree redneck install I could have paid a lot less and gone else where. I thought this place would do a professional job, I was wrong and I will drive to San Antonio and spend my money there next time instead of supporting local business.

Absolutely, hands down the most incompetent bunch of people ever. From crappy tail lights that lasted a few weeks to people who can't do general, basic math to answer the most simple questions and to top it off they are rude. I've been in Kerrville for 35 years and this is a place to avoid.
