I'm very disappointed with your service and unprofessional customer service.
As you can see, I worked with you to have my tax return filed on 4/10 and have been expecting the refund a lot sooner as it's electronic filling which should have been about 1 week after that.
I have called your office many times to ask for the status and your employee has been giving me the run around and all the B.S. about I have to wait a little longer for the refund until I called again today and asked for the proof of filing so I can check with the IRS.
