Matthew and Sharon McCollam knew it was time to replace their old patio door. After six years the door had lost most of its visual appeal. The door also had a bad seal contributing to energy loss which was also a major deciding factor in replacing the door. With all the years of use both the seal and weather stripping had worn down allowing air leakage to occur and increase as the door aged.

Been waiting for 5 months for a window to be replaced been given several excuses from replacement window broken to losing 2 replacement windows.
After 5 months they show up with a replacement window they took the broken one out and opened up the window crate and long and behold the replacement window is broken called Barefoot and getting run around to get this window replaced again asked for a supervisor they state there is no one there to talk to. The window is a warranty window .

We had a window replaced under warranty by this company. The office staff was rude and argumentative. The installers showed up late to the 4 hour time window without acknowledgment or apology. We did not have a choice in working with this company of course , but I would never hire or recommend them for products or services.

Have used Barefoot for closet shelving and shower doors on the last two houses we’ve owned and have been extremely happy with them! I like that someone will come out and look at the closet space and design a system for that particular space. The prices are extremely reasonable and I’ve had nothing but excellent service! Would highly recommend Barefoot!

Ordered Vertical blinds from this company, they would not deliver and would not install unless you are a large builder. I had to pick up the the blinds and upon getting home, I discovered the taped package they gave me was missing all the mounting brackets. I immediately called the company and left messages but no return call. Their service is very poor and I will not recommend doing business with this company. I had to go to Lowes and bought the missing parts. Horrible experience.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. We were assigned this company by our builder to fix a warranty issue; our deadbolt lock was never keyed to our house key. To date, they have come out three separate times and the lock has still not been fixed. The first time, they sent the wrong color hardware. Second time, the lock was supposedly "keyed" from the shop, but guess what? It didn't work when they tried it with our house key. At that point I spoke with a lock manager who assured me the issue would be resolved quickly. Today makes the third time they have come out and again we were told the incorrect

My experience with Barefoot and Company was beyond terrific. From the first call to discuss design, to changes, pricing and right to the very end with installation. The design is perfect as is the installation. Everyone at Barefoot and Company treated me like a CUSTOMER. I was most impressed with the installers. They were courteous to me, considerate of my new house and didn't leave a speck of dust, packaging, materials, or anything behind. I would highly recommend this company! Can't wait to do my Laundry Room next. Thank you!
