I am extremely disappointed in the rude customer service I just received from one of the employees at this office. To have the employee raise their voice at me, inform me that I am not entitled to a discount that I was approved for, to ask questions regarding my bill that were not answered is disheartening. I am seriously considering pulling my… account from this office and either finding a different agent or finding a new insurance company to go with. I am entitled to ask questions and ask for clarity regarding my account policy. An employee in the customer service field should never raise
