James was born and raised in Spartanburg and has been tattooing for the past 6 years. The first 3 years of his career he worked at 5 Points Custom Tattoo in Columbia, SC where he worked for 12 hours a day and 6 days a week, which got him up-to-speed and helped him progress at a very fast pace. Before being a tattoo artist, James was a graphic designer for 12 years, contributing to his O.C.D.ness and making him very thorough.
Your tattoo has been applied under clean professional conditions using septic sterilization techniques. Now it is up to you to take proper care of it. The practice of proper aftercare for the healing of your new tattoo is extremely important; the better and smoother the skin heals, the better the tattoo will look.

Terry does awesome work! He takes the time to understand your vision and make it come to life. I would say he is light handed, not sure how b.c his work has stayed for many years for me never needing a touch up. Well worth the 2 months I waited! His fb is full of pics, although they don't do them justice! Shop is very clean and private.

James has a great personality and works quick, precisely, and a light hand. Really chill atmosphere. Awesome art coming out of everyone at the shop. Looking forward to being back, well worth the drive from Greenville. Very accommodating shop and priced fairly. Bring cash though, they do not accept cards.

Absolute #1 shop I've found. Spent forever researching before my first tattoo, and I had a big job in mind. Tim Donnelly worked with me on the art and my budget and gave me a truly artistic result that I'm proud to show off. Very friendly, very clean environment, and all the other artists have top-notch work too. I am from out of state but I will only be getting work done here, because it's worth it to go to the right artist. Highly, highly recommended, don't go somewhere else!

I am complemented almost daily on my sleeve, by Terry Harwood. It's been awhile since I have gotten anything new, but am still amazed by Terry's artistry.
