Hartman was very responsive to our problem. Our pump was out of service and they arrived within 1 hour. We actually ended up having wiring problem which they were able to set up a temp service while we worked on a permanent fix to our problem. Thanks Hartman

We preemptively called Hartmann because our well system seemed to be constantly running and we wanted to make sure it wasn't going to turn into a problem. They came out, said the pressure in the tank was low and blew air into the tank. Then, our water went orange when we have never had this issue before. I called them, they came back out (I appreciated them not charging me twice) and said they weren't sure what was wrong and to let hoses run outside overnight. We did that and on Friday, I called back because our water was unusable. They said they'd have to wait until Monday to come out and just

This company installed our well 15 years ago. This is the first time in 15 years that we needed help from them. I explained the issues that we were having. They came out and fixed the problems the next day. The gentleman that came to our house was prepared to do a full well replacement. He answered our questions and concerns. Can't say enough about the courteousness and professionalism of the personal service that we received. All is "well" in Shieldsville! Pardon the pun!

Had a water main break at our house and it was an emergency. Had another company come out prior to Hartman and the guy got scared and ran away. Called Hartmans at 11 am and left a message for them to call me. I called back again at noon and the receptionist said he is busy, but he will call you when he is done. At this time we were in dire need for someone to come out as we were going out of town and we had water everywhere. Kevin called me at 5 pm and apologized for not getting to me sooner. I was expecting him to say he was coming out tomorrow, but he ended coming out 20 minutes later and fixed
