David Bland has been representing me for the past 3 years and the team at Weaver Bennett & Bland have been so amazing and helpful. Our case against an insurance company took far too long especially with Covid this past year, but David Bland stuck with it, stood up for me and got me a fair settlement that took care of all of my medical costs. I would like to tell any and everyone to find a better firm they will take your money and do absolutely nothing for you which is what I found out the hard way they charged me thousands of dollars to evaluate and take on my case essentially and then when the company that I needed help suing didn't respond to us they gave up but kept most of all of the money from the retailer I gave that in itself should be criminal but I'm not the first person this firm has gotten over on also the staff are rude they didn't really like to answer the phone for me and when they did it seemed like I

I absolutely will not try to cover up my level of dissatisfaction all of the other reviews that I've seen talks about this firm being over priced and not yielding any results boy they're dead on what ever happened to the good old days of lawyers being honest and telling you if you have a case before they take your money and bleed you dry.
