Architectural Visions, PLLC is a full service architectural design firm. We are Architects specializing in Residential, Commercial, & Municipal Architectural Design. Some of our design services are: New Homes, Custom Residences, Additions & Renovations, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Commercial Buildings, Green Design, LEED Certification, 3D Computer Renderings.
Prior to any design work, we will investigate zoning regulations, including setbacks, lot coverage and building height limitations and septic requirements. Survey of the Property in AutoCAD. On the Client's behalf, the Architect will coordinate with any outside consultants such as Landscape Architects, Civil Engineers or Code Specialists.
